AGREEMENT

I want the draft agreement for T.V. Show. We want to enter in to agreement with the company, organising TV shows, WHEREIN terms and conditions, will be that we will be providing LCD COMPUTERS for shooting our product, whatever lCD we will provide, they should not damage our LCD'S and also our product Logo should be visibile during the show.Atleast the product should be visible 5 times in 4 Seconds.

Anybody can help me to draft the agreement.
