Age limit to get enrolled in bar council

Hi All,

I am 39 years now, waiting for LAWCET 2013 counselling.  If I start my LLB now, will I be eligible to enroll into Bar Council.

Please let me know is it mandatory to be enrolled into Bar Council to practice as an lawyer.

Yes you would be eligible to enroll in the bar council post sucessful completion of your LLB course. You will have to pass the AIBE exam also post enrollment. And it is mandatory to get enrolled in bar council for practise as an advocate.
