When you filed the divorce petition and she claim maintenance from you U/s 24 & 26 of HMA then at that time she was unemployee now in her divorce petition she is earning, hence as per section 24 of HMA, only unable to maintain spouse can claim maintenance and not able spouse, you should file a reply and argue the matter on merit and maintanability of sec-24 HMA due to her capability to earn, the section 24 of HMA can be filed multiple times if there are multiple proceedings.
Even she can grant divorce from you only on this ground that you did not pay any maintenance to her after court order in your divorce petition.
