I need a help on this issue as i don't have any ideas about laws, there is a person i know who is 63 yrs old, he got married with girl (Sita)when he was young around 43 years back, he had 2 children one girl and a boy, after 3 years the man discovered that sita was not loyal to him, so he asked for divorce, in those days divorce was not considered good so a settlement was made between the family and everything got finished. After then that man married another women had 3 children and they all live happily. That girl Sita for few years she kept on blackmailing, give me some money otherwise i will spoil your life, and then suddenly she disappeared. Now after almost 36 years Sita's girl child had suddenly appeared and started blackmailing give me 25L otherwise i will spoil your children life(from 2nd wife).
Please advise on the same..
