After divorce relataion

Hi All,

My friend Rajesh and her wife got divorsed ex -party divorse.

Rajesh is living seperately now and after two months they both again meet in new place to discuss that , they still have feeling for each other . Rajesh is doing job in other city and that ex-wife is in call centre.

In every month they meet each other once or twice in hotels or her room. and some time they do physical contact with each other.

So can anybody suggest, if you divorced a lady and after divorce you meet and make physical relations with each other wish then is it crime?Is this realtion may crime in future?Can that lady file any case to man.?

Any s*x done with consent is not an offence. Further, if is ex parte, then who did not appear on date plz also provide some detail, like who file the case and who did not appear and whether other party appear even once in the court?

COz without going thourgh complete contents we cannot guide you properly.

Hi there,

Rajesh filed divorsed and she never appered on court.
Ex party given by judge,but when girl meet him she was not aware of that divorse so after 4 months she came to know that divorse has happend for her relation.

She was going to court for appeal but Rajesh convinced her he will pay maintense to her life time will take of her also, now is it safe in open eye of court?
