After compromising with 354d,can i eligible for Govt jobs?

After compromising with IPC 354d ,can any person eligible for Govt jobs? and can that case still shows in records?

 sir,after compromissing 354d and 509 patty case any issuse for governament job my lover father is planed to this complained and lok adalath closed this case
