Dear Mr.Raghav,
To my mind there is no hitch or bar in case you want to opt for the UPSC enterance exam but otherwise in the case of persuing simultaneously LL B and CS kindly cross check with CS institute in this regard because in future after completing your LL B you have to wait to finish CS on account of Probation (training requirement) which might be a hurdle if you get regisrered as an Advocate.
