After 20 months she can file dv

Hi i hust wanted to know my failed on me DV after 20 months and asking maintanence and court has passed the order for the same without any proof submitted by her wt should i do ? even no counsiling nothing has happend court just passed the order. In indian law all rights only girls has. we haven't any rights for false DV without proof she can torutre me.

is this query by prash or ABCD...........? are you one and the same person. ? DV can be filed any time. there is no time limit, however, if the case withstands, is another matter,
