Kindly please inform whether supporting affidavit is essential while filing written submissions before the Court

Yes. as replied in open forum against your similar quarry, all pleadings are required to be supported with affidavits after introduction of amended CPC with effect from 2005.

If supporting affidavit is not files with WS/Say/Reply/Purshis/Written Submissions....

 

Is affidavit allowed to submit it laterwards?

 

Does failure to submit before arguments commence, wud it deem to reject  the WS/Say/Reply/Purshis/Written Submissions filed by the other party? 

 

Does the Court reject such documents if not supported by affidavits?

Yes it will be rejected and ordererd to file along with affidavit, or it may be take but orders to file affidavit  it will be at the dicretion of court
