Affidavit format for filing case on msme samadhan

Dear Sir,

I want to file the case for recovery of dues on MSME Samadhan Portal. But i don't have the Purchase Order. The order was confirmed orally. Please share the affidavit format for the same and also suggest the Stamp paper value for the same.

It differs from state to state.Affidavit should contain the facts put forth.

Go through your State High Court Rules. Almost all the High Courts in the Country have laid down rules on applications and affidavits and how to draft them. Any Judicial officers or advocate needs to know its High Court Rules in these subjects’ matter, otherwise the court will be mis-leaded by ignorance of rules.
