Current status of the Advocates in the legal system.

In the normal course the Advocates community should have whole heartedly welcomed the changes in the Cr P C but just for the crumbs of practice of bail applications such opposition is coming.
This is the opportunity that the Advocates as a whole should come forward to improve the status of the Advocates in the legal system
1) The advocates must be allowed to sign true copies which in is done most by the politically appointed less educated executive magistrates.
2) The advocates must be allowed to sign affidavits which otherwise being allowed to be done by Court persons who are at the most graduates but not law graduates.
3) The CAs whose basic qualification is only matriculate and a public examination and who do not have any knowledge of law are allowed to sign balance sheets of multi millions which have many legal aspects.
It must be made mandatory for every balance sheet to be counter signed by an advocate for legal matters.
These are few immediate items which the advocate community should fight to be allotted to it instead of opposing the current amendments in the Code of criminal Procedure.
