Advocate's immoral support to a criminal

Dear Sir, 

I think that you must be from the State of Tamilnadu. What you have stated herein above is the true picture of the diluted justice delivery system of our Country.  My bitter experience with this System in the very State of Tamilnadu has been narrated in https://www.jeevaganadvocate.com/injustice.php for the reference of people like you.

When an advocate himself cannot secure justice through legal means, what could be the fate of the common man under the diluted justice delivery system of India?.

Administration of criminal justice is just a formality and the principle of  "Rule of Law " is an empty slogan in the State of Tamilnadu.

I entirely agree with the views expressed by learned expert Mr.Jeevagan, Advocate  herein above and also his experience marvalously  naratted  by him  on  his web site.  It is  a pitiable fact that there are large number of Advocates in this country who have no briefs with them and as such in order to make easy money, they often indulge into unethical and unjust ways and means.   Of course, such black sheeps are there in every profession/system, but the most shameful reality is that on the one hand their profession is considered to be the most noble one, and on the other hand they have no qualm in going to any extent to tarnish the image of their own profession.  This is not only true  in Tamil Nadu  but in every part of India.

Even the Police and the lower judiciary are also  helpful to these thugs and gundas !  Perhaps, one can hope that after the Jan Lokpal is set up, these sorry state of affairs  may change for the better and till then we may have to tolerate such instances.  Of course, if any NGO or other such Civil Society groups are active in your area, you may alert them to use RTI  to dig out the truth and there after take on to the landgrabbers and the Advocate concerned.  Similarly,  a complaint can also made to the State Bar Courcil against the unethical practices indulged byu the Advocate.
