Advocate opinion

took admission in B.Sc. from Magadh University in 2021 and completed it in 2024. Due to delay in the university session, my B.Sc. Part-I examination was held in August 2023.

During my B.Sc., I also took admission in another undergraduate course at North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong. I appeared for the first semester examination in June 2023, but after that I stopped attending classes and did not continue the course. My admission there was automatically cancelled and I did not obtain any degree from that university.

After completing my B.Sc., I took admission in a 5-year BA LL.B course at the Central University of South Bihar (2024–2029), which I am currently pursuing.

Will this situation, including my temporary enrollment and discontinuation of a course at NEHU during my B.Sc., affect my eligibility for judiciary or other government jobs?

Absurd in repetition.

You have created a fancy to repeat the same question plenty of times in various threads, it is nothing but an abuse, hence no reply.

It is ridiculous and abuse of this platform to repeat same story.

The facts posted are less than convincing.

The candidate took admission in the B.Sc. program at Magadh University in the year 2021. Due to delay in the academic session, the B.Sc. Part-I examination was conducted in August 2023 instead of the regular schedule. During the subsistence of the B.Sc. program, the candidate took admission in a 5-year BA LL.B course at North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, in December 2022. The candidate appeared in the first semester examination of the said BA LL.B course in June 2023. Thereafter, the candidate discontinued the said course by ceasing to attend classes and did not pursue further semesters. The admission at NEHU stood automatically cancelled/discontinued, and the candidate did not obtain any degree, certificate, or academic benefit from the said course. The candidate does not possess any marksheet for the said first semester and has not relied upon the said enrollment for any academic or professional purpose. Subsequently, the candidate appeared in the B.Sc. Part-I examination in August 2023 and completed the B.Sc. degree from Magadh University in 2024. After completion of B.Sc., the candidate took fresh admission in a 5-year BA LL.B program at the Central University of South Bihar for the academic session 2024–2029 and is presently pursuing the same. At the time of applying for employment, the candidate disclosed the completed qualification (B.Sc.) but did not mention the discontinued BA LL.B course at NEHU, as no degree or benefit was obtained from it. Can it cause any issues in future perticularly in government job based on law degree
