Advocate is a deemed public servant & is sex a bribe

Respected Experts.

Apologize to ask a serious question, however its paramount to my case.

1. An advocate is an officer of the court, can he/she be held as a "Deemed Public Servant" u/s 21 of IPC or in Prevention of Corruption Act 1988,

2. Can a woman who offers s*xual gratification to someone in return of some legal favors be termed as bribe giver

Would request a serious legal answer & apologize again for putting up such a delicate question.

thankyou

I think it is a good question. Waiting on experts to reply above query.

I am of the view that an Advocate is an Officer of the Court Nay the Pillar of the Temple of Justice and not under  21 IPC.

If an advocate demands it for legal favor it will be an offense  under the Rules lay down by the BCI, as well as IPC.
