Advocate fee rules

dear sir

 

can i know the lawer fee in civil suit in andhrapradesh district court

 

my case is

i have filed a suit for money recovery of 8 crores and i have paid 16 lakhs as lawer fee and won the case with costs

 

judge has ordered 9 lakhs as lawer fee

these 9 lakhs will ome to me or  again i have pay to my lawer  ie,16lakhs all ready paid and additional of 9 has pay or not

U already paid to your Lawyer, so this amount to re-imbursement of your legal expenses. it goes to you only. 

 

Adv fees not a fixed amount. It is negotiable between u and ur lawyer. It has nothing to do with what court orders. 

You deal with your Lawyer, as per your personal contract with him.
