Advoacte enrollement

Dear sir/mam, Now our BCI rejects those who hvn't studied their intermediate and degree. thruout india morethan 15000 lawgraduates enrolled in this manners. whats going on? what about their future. most of them studied with full of aspiration and do their role on our society. last month taminadu bar council cancelled 2008 canditates. they told that they are following the SC ordr. please anybody explain this judgement  breifly to me? what is the ground in this case.?

Hi,

They are rejecting candidates who have gotten their degrees with any pre-qualification, such as +2 or those who have done PG, direct MA, without any +2 or undergraduation.

Interestingly, I still dont understand why did the universities let them complete the course in the first place.
