Hi Sir, I have issued check From 'X' place Bank to 'Y' place Bank . Agreement written on 'X' Place Bond paper. But settlement didn't happen as per agreement and also money didnt get . Now I want file case. Please advise JURISDICTION where it will come ' X' Place or 'Y' Place. 2) For Threatening Emails JURISDICTION is there or we can file anywhere? Please advsie. Thanks

as per the latest amendment the case has to be filed at complainant's bank jurisdiction.

UR entire query is not clearly posted.Better get it redrafted by someone.U say U have issued a cheque,settlement didn't happen and now U want to file a case,what way those emails connected with cheque?
