Dear all,
i am married since 11 years, and i have a son of 8.5 year old. my husband doesnot stay with me, he is abroad, and seldom visit us. we are staying away from each other since 7 years. during this period, i had to go through many problems, and my husband's carelessness, not taking any family responsibility etc. everymonth or 2 months once he will send quite a handsome amount of money, and doesnot even bothered to ask me whether the money he is sending is sufficient or not, how i will manage my son's school fees, insurance, house expenses, nothing, he will just call to tell that money is transffered, and 15days once he will just call to my son and only ask how is he.... he is not bothered about anyother things. incase if i require more money, he will clearly tell he can't arrange nor he has it. i am also an engineer, and since, i earn a handsome salary, i am balancing the things, for everything only i have to struggle, nor he wants to come back and stay in india, nor he wants to take any responsibility. due to all these pressures, i have lost all the feelings which i had , and i want to get rid of him from my life but he is not agreeing for mutual. he says he want atleast me to carry him as a husband tag, which i don't want. when i have to handle each and everything formyself, y i need him in my life. he says, i can lead my life, he won't interfere in my life, but to carry his tag, which i don't want.
i consulted few lawyers, but they say this case is not strong, to file a divorce. no point in fighting for years to gether, if he is not willing for mutual. i know what i have gone through these 7-8 years, emotional tortures, but lawyers say that as there is no proof, my life will be saved only if he agrees, otherwise, its worth leading my own life, without filing divorce.
kindly request you all to advise.... is it true. so does the law says, i have to live with the person just because i got married. when there is no feeling is left. i get irritated if i see his face also. so in this case, what i have to do...
