Advice on streedhan and divorce petition-urgent

Hi All, My wife left home 3 months back taking 800 gms gold and 18 lakhs money and all my educational certificates and valuable things in my absence. Now she is telling I will never come back and I will not give gold, money and educational certificates to you. Now she is telling I kept all my dresses and gold there only. Marriage happened in Dec-2012 and completed 8 months and she left home 3 months back.

Questions

1.) How can I take gold ,money and my educational certificates from my wife ? now she is at her parents home and changed her mobile number.?Please advise.

2.) If I file Divorce petition, Is it possible to collect all my gold, money and certificates from her?

3.) Now she is doing reverse attack on me saying I kept all my dresses and gold there only , which is the best way to collect all the things ?

4.) After seeing her behavior I am not interested to stay with her and she has boyfriend and they communicating and sending emails and messages when am not at home I have all email proofs? Please advise which is the best way to file Divorce petition or RCR?

5.) I contacted her parents they are telling we don’t have anything and my daughter kept all the things in your home only. If you ask like that we give complaint on you in the police station.

u have just married and there will be lot of difference of opinion in the begining, but u have to go through that to lead peaceful, donot jump into conclusions that divorce is the only way to get out of this mess, if not this lady today, who knows u may face the same problem in your next marriage life. try to understand problems and get rid of that. u have not told ur wife left home 3 months back why she left u for what reason. if ur so adamant in filing divorce petition, these are not goods grounds for divorce, as u are aware u have to wait atleast one year for filing Divorce petition.i advice you take elders in to confidence find a way out for this problem.

Hi Thanks for quick response.my wife left home saying not feeling well and didn't inform me while going. She has affair with her boyfriend and she is not interested to come back. I and my parents called so many times.but she didnt come. her father giving warning to us if u come to our home we will kill u like that.Please advise further course of action.
