My friend got married in 2020 she is resident of bangalore. Till one year of there marriage both husband and wife were happy. Her husband works in central government department.
There were some fights between husband and his parents but all the time wife use to mediate it.
Later husband asked 8 lakhs from wife as his father is not well and for some financial reasons and wife parents gave him 8 lakhs.
Husband is very much close with one leady whom he says some times as mother and some times as sister.
After completing 2 years husband started ignoring the wife and listening to that leady and when wife asked this he started fighting with wife.
Wife asked to return the amount and husband and his parents are now saying we don't want the girl.
At present wife is not staying with husband and no contact with him since 4 months but husband wants mutual divorce to which wife is not ready and husband parents are not allowing wife to enter husband house and all items of are in husband house.
Please give advice on this it will be a great help to my friend
when wife not agree to mutual divorce then you file divorce pitition under sec. 13 HM Act at district court or faimily court
