Advice needed on maintenance issue

Hi ,

I am looking for some strong advice here, My wife has filed 498a, DV on me , 498a no movement however DV case magistrate has ordered 2,000 rupees as a interim relief to her, i filed a divorce in family court , case was dismissed but judge ordered 1,000 additional permanet maintence , i am not able to pay that ??? this was year before , now i came to know that she is going to send me notice to pay that 1,000 anyways i am paying her 2000 interim ??? please sugggest what should i do and what remedies are available for me.

Also can i refile the petition for divorce since earlier was dismissed and can i refile ??

I am also looking for good lawyer who can take my case through and get me out of this sh*t

First appeal in Sessions court for stay.  If you have not commited any act of domestic violence, then the DV case wont stand.  It will be eventually dismissed.


And after such dismissal of DV case, You will need to pay only 1000 rupees to your wife as maintenance.
