Guidance needed,
I have been married for >10 yr.There is no love between my wife & me and we just staying together for convenience. She does not keep social contacts with my relatives & we don't have any meaningful communication apart from bare minimum and she denies s*xual relations with me from last 1 yr. How can i prove that she denies s*xual relation with me?
I would like to go for divorce. We both are working and my income is double of hers. She wants one time alimony hefty amount. I had worked hard and all my net worth acquired is post marriage. We have couple of daughters and she will take custody. What basis alimony will be decided? is it decided by current income only or current assets?
