Advice for legal course for recovery of money

Sir, I had filed a CC case under section 138&142 of NI Act.After 9 years of figting the case at JMFC II Court at Hubballi, Karnataka, the accused is convicted. He has violated the bail condition since he had not surrendered to the court but was arrested and brought to court by the Police.The sentence is for a period of 6 months Jail. Sir, while getting the Bail the accused has deposited 25% of the cheque amount at the Court in 2014. My question is can I, the complainant, get the money from the court? and if yes, under which section I should file the case. If not when can I get that money. C.B.Ganji Hubballi, Karnataka.
