Advertising purchase of a flat

I have purchased a flat (resale property, seller is first owner) project is approved by banks, verified by advocate about ownership of first owner. Though it is genuine one, should I advertise in news paper about this purchase.

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether it's necessary to advertise a recently purchased resale flat in the newspaper. While not a legal requirement, advertising after the purchase is generally advised against, as it's typically done before finalising the transaction to allow for any objections. However, if all ownership details have been thoroughly verified, the exercise might be considered unnecessary for added safety.

Yes.  You can proceed and advertise in the Newspaper about your purchase and for any objections.

Is this legal requirement or for extra safety?

This is not a legal requirement

Actually you should have undertaken this exercise before purchase and not after that.

It will be like inviting trouble at this stage

You should have advertised before finalisation of transaction, which is too late by now.

However, it is unnecessary exercise if facts posted are true and correct.
