I found this new idea of advertisement . And I'm interested in this idea. When I enquired about it . I got the answer that the motor vehicle act does not allow it. I need a response on it from any lawyer. That is y i posted the topic here . Hoping for a fast response........

Can you please explain section 72 motor vehicle act
(xv) that tickets bearing specified particulars shall be issued to
passengers and shall show the fares actually charged and that records of tickets issued
shall be kept in a specified manner ;
