sir,
i have a house on the land that was orally donated to my father since last fourty years. now my father as well as donor both have been expired . now the legal heirs of the said donor always threat us to evacuate the said plot.
i have no any valid document regarding the said property. so pls suggest me that where i obtain the said document
the property is situated in bihar's rural area

suit can not be filed merely on the basis of adverse possession....you will have to find out some evidence that the property was donated to your father.
since the property is in rural area, there may not be a registry of the said property so approach the local Revenue/ Municipal authorities to find out something in your favour.
