Adverse possession

Twenty years have passed .the co share holders till date have not got their deceased fathers registered WILL muted in the municipal /nagar nigam records.Where in the WILL it is clearly mentioned that property (immovable) has to be divided on 25% each.
Situation is one of the share holder is residing all alone in the property after the death of testator for past 20 years till date.
Query..Is the present occupant in a position legally to claim Adverse possession ?
