I filed a case under section 138 of NI act on behalf of complainant in the year 2020 and the honourable court giving a long date every date of hearing.Hence I filed an advancement petition giving notice to other side but the honourable court returned stating as provision of law not mentioned hence returned.
Resubmitted stating as there is no specific provision in criminal law hence may be considered again the honourable court returned stating as OBJECTION NOT COMPLAINED hence returned.
kindly advice on this.

Yes court is right there is no provision under criminal law. But you can attend the court every date and ask your advocate to proceed with the matter every date so in 138 matter case can be disposed off in 12 months at least.
