hello Learner friends,
I would like to advance my Interim petition 2 in my main Divorce O.P. My questions are
1. Can I request to advance only I.A 2?
2. Is there any chance for the opposite party to counter I.A 1's interim order already passed in my favour using this opportunity?

Can someone try to answer the question please? My problem is to hear IA 2 by advancement but don't want IA 1 to be heard. (The other party will be filing counter in IA1)

Relevant IA's are to be disposed first before the main petition. However, you have not given sufficient inputs for an advise.
