Adultry : sharing a hotel room

If a married man shares a room for a week with NRI married woman just as friends in a Hotel. Can this be considered as adultery ?

The onus to prove that it was not adulatory is on you to prove. Acceptance of this fact can very well be proved by other lawyer against you as circumstantial evidence will be against you

friend? sleeping in same room with a friend does not amount to adultery. But I am of the opinion that there is no friendship between man and woman. Man and woman cannot be friends.
