Adultery condonation

Husband and wife living together, wife gets hold of some naughty facebook messages of husband with ongoing gf,however she stays with him nicely together for next 2 years or so and then files divorce case based on that adultery.....will the court accept it as adultery or simply say that it's been condoned..divorce case rejected on wrongly applied adultery basis???

The definition of adultery is if husband have any compromise rltn with any other women. Mere sending of naughty mssges would not amount to adultery. It can be cruelty and a fit ground for divorce and 498a. Soo plan accordingly

It will be difficult to prove adultery in this case. Only sending naughty messages would not amount to adultery. court will dismissed divorce application after some year. This case is fit for divorce on cruelty ground.
