Adoption procedurw

Hi Expert, my friend will be married in May with girl name is kinjal. Both are divorcee. Both first mrg came to end with divorce. Kinjal has one 7yrs son was born in cananda citizen of Canada. Kinjal also visa PR . My question is that how much time and cost it will take to complete adoption procedure of son after marriage.

In your case, Kinjal's ex-husband , is still the natural guardian of the child under the Hindu law. without his consent, your friend cannot adopt the child. After his consent has been given, adoption deed is to be drafted and registered.
