in india There is not Uniform Civil code for adoption of child !
However its not to be regional.in juvenial justice act we can adopt a child in presence of blood child . what the position after adoption can he get part of property and all that after died of father??

By the introduction of J J Act, the provisions have became common and the legally adopted child has the right to property as a biological child.
