Please tell me, can a P.G. degree holder student with marks of 65% take admission in LLB from D.U. while he has not sufficient marks in the graduation. Graduation percentage is neccessary or P.G. degree?

50% marks is necessary - it may be either in Graduation or Post Graduation. In other words, if you have 50% and above in PG, but less than 50% in Graduation, still you are eligible to sit for the LLB Entrance Examination of DU.
