Our society is in the process of acquiring the coneyance deed from the builder, the property is stutated at Goregaon, Mumbai. I am the Hon. Chairman of the society and am attending to the process of getting the conveyance deed registered. Please help me out with the following queries and oblige:
[1] What is the fee for getting the conveyance deed adjudicated for stamp duty?
[2] Who is the adjudicating authority and what is his address?
[3] In whose favour the bank draft for the adjudicating charges to be made out?
