Adivasi land

I have purchased a adivasi land of 5 acres near panvel . Have made an agreement of lease for 99 year and have the power of attorney of all adivasi . As i belong to agri caste can this land be transferred on my name or any other way to tranfer the land . I want to use the land for development ( second home project ) . Can you suggest me what should i do .

For a change of use i.e from agriculture to residential project , you might need permission from collector office , approach mamlatdar of your taluka first before commencing and investing high capital.
