Address Mis Match

Dear Sir,

I need to apply for passport, but there is a typing mistake in Ration card(In the Initial of my Name) and Voter ID(In the address) which should serve as address proof. I have a very little time to get the passport and wont be able to get the typing's rectified with concerned authority.

Is there any other way to prove my address is so and so, like a certificate issued by Notary..?
