Hi,
An Indian citizen living abroad for last several years. Sold all the properties in his name back in India and now does not have any residence address in India. What will be status of his citizenship in this case?
Also, will Indian passport authorities accept to put his abroad residence address in his indian passport when he goes applied for its renewal?

Not a legal query. It is a matter of procedure how to change adress in passport.
At least in India one does not loose nationality by selling property.
