I am working in central government firm. I joined as Scientifc Asst with diploma qualification. I applied for Higher Education (Part Time) through proper channel and got permission for B.E . I also finished it with first class. In my office they also added as additional qualification in my profile.
I have applied for Mtech (Part Time) permission on 19/1/2011 for joining course on june 2011, my immediate supperior has signed as processed my application on same day, but my director didn't signed till date. I frequently remaineded him, even though he didn't deny or signed the application.
One of my higher official told that any application which is not replied with 90 days ( which doesn't contain any money or critical issue) , that can be treated as granted and we proceed higher education.
In this clause i joined the course and also finished in first class.
Now i want to add Mtech as additional qualification. Can any one suggest regarding this issue.
