A trust is already runnuing satisfactorily. There is provision in trust deed to add new trustee with a resolution. The board of trustee has passed resolution for the purpose.
Now, I want to know the details about documantation for adding new trustee. Whether hid name shall be registered in the office of Sub Registrar? Pl.guide suitably.

Hello,
Yes, you can add a new trustee as per the trust deed. After passing of resolution you have to approach the Charity Commissioner and file the application for change. Sub Registrar has no role in your matter.

When there is no provision in the Trust deed to add another trustee, first that clause (as ""another trustee may be selected/nominated by the trustees if necessary"") shall be added and also as per above clause "Sri ..................................by executing an amendment of Trust Deed by the present author/founder of the Trust and others if as noted in the Original Trust deed.
