Addition of name of 7/12 extract

I have two issues 1) I have purchased 2-3agriculture land pieces by my own funds,7/12 extract is in my name, I want register legal heirs ( sons & wife) on this 7/12 extract ,what is the procedure. 2) on above one of land piece I want to register my real brother's name ,what is the procedure.

Dear querist,

Regarding question no. 1 dont worry about registering legal heirs name, after your death your legal heirs will do the needful as early as possible. Regarding question no. 2 you can gift your property to your brother and rest registering name in 7/12 extract he will do the needful.
