addition of name in lokayukta complaint

How we can include name in the lokayukta complaint filed in the Feb 2009.

I want to include the District superintendent of Police in the recuitment of police grivence. The name of the police already present in the complaint How can we include the SP to the complaint because he is Chairman of the recruitment committee.
