Could you please advice me on the below query pleaseeeee
My divorce was granted by decree on the 20th of June 14
I had it published afyter 90 days in the official gazette on the 25th of Sep 2014 as per Goa laws
Now she is appealing the decree by filing condonation of delay, as of now I have not received any notice for the same.
My query is, if the appeal case is allowed, can they put in more evidence into it, the appeal is filled before the sessions court
