Please share that if someone files a case in Supreme Court, with defendants as State, can an individual who feels that he can be benefited by -
1. Any interim order already issued.
2. Any interim order that may be issued.
a. Can, he add himself into the case as petitioner ?
b. is it necessary to use the same advocate as originally in the case to get this done.
please respond to both queries above (a and b) for both cases 1 and 2 above.
