Dear Sir,
How long it will take to get divorce copy of certificate. bz my advocate said it will 2 months to get the copy of certificate kindly help me can i approch directly to family court and get it.

@stephen.........apply urgent copy of certificate.u have to pay bit more fee rather than ordinary fee

there is no specifie time for issus certifide copy of judgement. As soon it is ready the court will delivery the same. depending on length of judgment.
