Hello,

The act of causing miscarriage to pregnanat woman is punishable offence under IPC . Office has punishment of 10 years and it is cognizable offence.

Evidence speaks in court of law and If person found guilty he can be charged under both Criminal law and also Medical Negligence Act and have high compensation.
