Maintenance Tribunals are constituted in each Revenue Divisions headed by Sub Divisional Officer (RDO) for adjudicating and deciding upon the orders of the Act under section 7(1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Act, 2007. District Welfare Officers of Welfare of Disabled and Senior Citizens in the Districts has been designated as Maintenance Officers.
