Act 2005 - daughters share - is ancestors property ?

Hello,

The below property is in Tamilnadu.

1) My grandfather has  01 son and 04 daughters.

2) He got 5 Properties in that 3 self owned  & other 2 was my grandfather’s father owned.(Hope not ancestor bcz not fourth generation)

3) Before 1980 all 6 daughters ,son got married & 1982 son was expired.Son has  one son only.

4) In 1986 Grandfather written all the property will to his only grandson(Son).(After death of grandfather & grandmother)

5) Grand father expired  1996 & grandmother is alive.

Daughters have rights in the property?  According to Act 2005! &  Its ancestors property ? (Bcz property are owned by fathers father)

Thanks,
