Couple of months back my advocate was requesting well to come from abroad to appear for read the charge & trail process.
I requested him to move a application to read the charge to the consel & move application to get excemption of personal appearence.
After that he was telling that court has accepted and allowed granted our request.
I'm happy to hear this news , but how can i confirm this order through other source, please give an idea ??
Also i requested to get the documented Order, he told he will put up an application, If how long it takes to get the order.??
