accident in uber auto while returning from office

please advice my wife lost her 30% of little finger in an accident in uber auto while returning from office .this happened due to driver driving fast and suddenly a cyclist came in front and to save that cyclist auto become disbalance and rolled over highway. now due to injury on hands and little finger got crushed and she lost her complete nail bed .that pertain got cut completely. pls advice wat compensation can I ask from her company and uber.

Whether FIR has been lodged against the offending vehicle ? Whether MLC has been recorded by the hospital which treated injured ?

Presuming that FIR was lodged, Medical expenses are shown in the form of receipts and the vehicle is having insurance, the claim may be preferred in consultation with the advocate. The insurance company has a list of deformities and the maximum extent of compensation payable depending on the deformity.
